Why do you need activity logs?
Your Onwardly activity logs allow you to track the actions made on your company's account, who made them, and when they were made. This enables you to track how Onwardly is being used in your organisation and can act as evidence of user activity. The same logs can be viewed by the owner of the account and any other active users.
View your logs
- Login to Onwardly.
- On the Dashboard page, click on your account name located in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to the profile page.
- On the profile page, select the Your organisation tab. This will take you to your organisation page.
- On your organisation page, click on Review the logs located under Review activity logs. This will take you to the Log of activity page.
- On the Log of activity page, you are able to view events along with a description, user and date which have taken place on Onwardly.
